HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Please contact us via E-Mail to register your return. Your Order Number and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements:

 • The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

 • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way

 • The return is made within 14 days of delivery

2. REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Refund to original payment method:

A shipping fee of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount for returns from Germany. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for customers in Germany after the return has been registered and confirmed.

Exchange:

Exchanges are subject to a €4.90 shipping fee. We will provide payment details and create a shipping label for the return shipment once your exchange request has been confirmed.

International returns (outside Germany):

Customers must arrange and pay for the return shipping themselves. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until the return is processed.

3. SHIP YOUR ITEMS

After confirming your return, you will receive your DHL return label by E-Mail (for customers in Germany). Print it or have it scanned directly at DHL. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Send the package to the following address:
