Refund Eligibility
Refunds can only be issued when the returned item meets the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unworn and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging are still attached
• The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
• The item is not excluded (see exceptions below)
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued.
Refund Amount
For domestic returns within Germany:
A €4.90 fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
This fee covers return shipping and handling.
For international returns (outside Germany):
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves.
No shipping fee will be deducted, however outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing time is usually 5–14 business days after arrival of the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot provide refunds for:
• Sale items
• Pre-order products
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, odour or damage
If the returned product does not meet the requirements above, it may be sent back to the customer without refund.
Exchanges Instead of Refunds
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please contact us before returning your item.
Exchanges may require a €4.90 shipping fee within Germany and are only possible if the requested item is in stock.
Refund Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items arrive:
• Used, washed or altered
• Without original packaging/tags
• Damaged due to improper handling or return shipment
In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at their own cost.
